• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime before the 1st day of your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Once billing occurs, your payment covers access for that entire month and is non-refundable.

• Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
